All work is owner operated and supervised and because of this we are able to notice any changes that may occur between visits. We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Ralph Gaudiuso, my father, was the founder of what is today known as ShadySide Landscaping. He started the business back in the early 1960's doing landscape maintenance and construction. Since I was 5 years old, I enjoyed going to work with my father and learning from him. In 1988, I began working with him full time while also attending SUNY Farmingdale in pursuit of education in the horticultural field. Through field experience, classroom education and guidance from my father, our business has evolved into what is known today as Shady Side Landscaping with me as the Proprietor. To this day, you can still expect to see my father overseeing work being performed by ShadySide Landscaping.
